They can go onto boats but I am not sure that if they were under water if they would hold up. These can be applied either by just sticking them to the item (must be clean, dry and warm) or they can be applied with what they call a wet method. That’s because the Evanta Barchetta is the result of a collaboration between Afzil Kahn – he of Bradford’s Kahn Design – and Evanta’s Ant Anstead, with low volume experience and expertise coming from Ant’s Evanta and design and engineering from Kahn. So it should be properly sorted.

And actually, this morning’s Tiff Needell story ties in with tonight’s Top Gear as it’s got Slumdog Millionaire director Danny Boyle as the Star in a Reasonably Priced Car. But that’s not the main piece tonight; that honour goes to the boy’s trip up the East Coast USA.

As we reported back in February, the makers of the new James Bond film, Skyfall, have decided to sprinkle a bit of historic Bond fairy dust on their new movie with the return of the Aston Martin DB5 to Bond. And with the release of Skyfall getting closer (it debuts in the UK on 26th October) the makers are getting a bit of Aston Martin PR rolling with this video showing the DB5 in action on the Bond set.
