My job was eliminated just before retirement so I am selling items to pay part of my bills. A friend of mine started working for a guy who runs a shop that customizes golf carts into expensive high dollar hot rod golf carts. He customizes wheels, fiberglass bodies, & pretty much everything on a regular golf cart. So he pull parts off of working golf carts & replaces them. There were huge piles of parts of all kinds in working order. The owner does not have time to mess around w/ the parts & my friend asked him to let me sell them. There are parts from all types of carts: EZ GO, Club Car, Cushman, & Yamaha. There are many good tires on rims, bumpers, golf cart accessories, side bars, complete axels w/ & w/out the ends, axel parts, coolers, golf ball washers, railing, picker-uppers? You name it. I will ship these the best way possible & tried to target items that will fit in flat-rate-priority boxes. The spindle parts look extremely expensive & I can get several of those into a flat rate box. I have tires on rims as well & asked for the steering wheels for the next batch. This auction for 2 EZGO aluminum axel brackets in the first scan(high grade, may not have been used.) If you only want 1 I can do it for half price but the shipping would be about the same. These come in silver & gold color. I did not clean these but being aluminum means they don't have any problems. The guy that runs the place told me these cost $20 a piece new. The bonus here is that I could probably put 20 of these into a flat rate box so a business could really make out here. No one else has these for sale on ebay so I think $5 is a fair price & I could put many into a flat-rate box for $16 shipping if you are a dealer. Extra scans are for parts in other auctions. Safety fears over Beatles crossing
Mon, 11 Aug 2014Tourists flocking to one of Britain's favourite musical landmarks to recreate the Beatles' Abbey Road crossing could see the addition of a "lollipop lady" to their holiday snaps. Westminster Council has raised safety fears over the "thousands and thousands" of people who visit the zebra crossing, in St John's Wood, north London, made famous by the band in 1969. In some cases, fans are putting themselves at risk of frustrated drivers who often struggle to make it over the crossing because of the constant stream of pedestrians attempting to recreate the image.
Nissan sales rise, Infiniti drops in April
Tue, 03 May 2011Sales of Nissan brand cars rose in April, but the Infiniti luxury division posted a decline for the month. Nissan-division sales were 64,765 units in April, up 14.5 percent compared with a year ago. For the year to date, Nissan sales are up 23.4 percent.
