THESE ARE GREAT HELMETS FOR CHEAP!! My wife and I used our lower cords put these Helmets on today 8-3 and hooked them up to our Gold Wing and the J&M 477 Elite headsets worked perfect!! Great sound, voice activated vox cuts the music down for crisp clear talking and then backup to volume when done talking. THESE HELMETS ARE REALLY NICE!! HARDLY USED AT ALL. ALL THE STICKER HAVE BEEN REMOVED FOR A BLACKED OUT LOOK WITH A DARK TINTED SHIELD AND A MIRRORED SHIELD. THE MIRRORED SHIELD HAS SOME SCRATCHES BUT IS STILL VERY USABLE. THEY LOOK GREAT!! TWO CLEAR SHIELDS ALSO INCLUDED. THE HELMETS HAVE SOME VERY LIGHT SCUFFS AND SMALL SCRATCHES FROM MINIMAL USE. THE XXL HAD A BLUE "Z" ON THE BACK THAT I COVERED OVER WITH A BLACK MARKER (cant hardly see it) THE FLASH ON CAMERA PICKED IT UP WAY WORSE THAN IT REALLY IS. YOU REALLY CANT HARDLY SEE IT. THE INSIDES OF THE HELMETS ARE TRULY LIKE NEW CANT TELL THEY HAVE EVEN BEEN WORN. BOTH HELMETS ARE DOT/SNELL APPROVED. THE HELMETS HAVE J&M ELITE INTERCOM HEADSETS INSTALLED WITH 8-PIN UPPER CORDS SO WITH THE RIGHT LOWER CORD YOU CAN PLUG THEM INTO ANYTHING YOU WANT. THE HELMETS SEEM TO RUN A LITTLE SMALL WE THINK MORE LIKE A MEDIUM AND A XLARGE. WE TOOK THESE FOR A CRUISE AND TESTED THEM OUT, THEY WORK GREAT!! VW Eos BlueMotion Technology revealed

The usual tweaks apply to give the Eos its BlueMotion status – regenerative braking, start-stop, hill-hold and a gear change light – but this is the first time (unless we’ve missed something along the way) that VW has utilised its BlueMotion toys on a petrol engine.

Mon, 22 Jul 2013The new BMW i3 EV (teased above) will costs from £30k The new BMW i3 electric City Car is due to be revealed in production guise on 29th July, ahead of which BMW has revealed it will cost from £30,680 – meaning a showroom sticker price of £25,680 after the EV taxpayer ‘grant’. That price is for the pure EV i3 – not the range-extender – which comes with a rear mounted 168bhp electric motor, a top speed of 93mph and a range (in ideal conditions) of around 80 miles between charges. At a retail price of £25k, the i3 compares favourably with other EVs like the Nissan LEAF, which costs from £21k, and the Chevy Volt at £30k (although that is a range extender).
