POLICIES:
Refunds are given if pre-approved; used items are sold as is. We will
exchange the item if it is defective or misshipped.
All returned items must be returned unused in their original packaging
and a restocking fee up to 25% may apply. This is because all items we sell are now for a cause and we do not get refunded on donations.
We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours. If insured a refund
will be given after insurance claim has been settled with shipping
company.
All items are shipped from our warehouse within 2-5 business days after payment has cleared. International orders are 2 days longer.
After that you should allow for transit times by carrier. Please check your ebay account under my
ebay and the messages tab for shipping confirmation.
Some items are longer ship items due to build times or
manufacturing
runs. Please note this in auctions before bidding.
Jeep OEM style
parts are great replacements for your stock Jeep parts. While we we try to
keep all items in stock they are ordered in bulk and from time to time can
be on order status. If your item cannot be shipped in the time frame on the
auction we will notify you via email.
