Synthetic Racing Motor Oil

Racing lubricant for Motorsports
100% Synthetic – ESTER Core®Technology

TYPE  OF USE
All racing gasoline or diesel engines, naturally aspirated or turbocharged fitted with injection (direct /
indirect) or carburetted.
For race prepared engines operating over a wide range of rpm and temperatures.

PERFORMANCES
STANDARDS Above existing Motorsport standards.
TYPE OF USE        Endurance – Rally – GT – Historic racing cars with rebuilt engines.

SPECIFICATIONS
The SAE 15W-50 viscosity allows fast oil pressure establishment while guaranteeing at hot temperature
high oil pressure for outstanding reliability and faster engine revving.

ESTER Core® TECHNOLOGY

For decades MOTUL has developed high performance synthetic Ester based lubricants.
By selecting esters over other high performance synthetic base stocks and combining them with an
innovative additive package, MOTUL has created a perfect synergy.
This most advanced ESTER Core® Technology allows maximum power output of the engine without
compromising reliability and wear.

ADVANTAGES

The SAE 15W-50 viscosity enables to compensate high engine oil dilution by unburned fuel and
maintains a stable oil pressure.
Maximum oil film resistance at very high temperature: Engine wear is reduced.
Friction Modifier: Maximum power output, decrease operating temperature.
Low volatility: Oil consumption is reduced.
High shear stability: Stable oil pressure whatever using conditions.

RECOMMENDATIONS

300V Competition 15W-50 is particularly recommended for endurance racing engines or old racing
engines (rebuilt engines) which need enhanced protection against wear and oil pressure drops.
For optimal engine performances avoid mixing with other synthetic or mineral lubricants.
Oil change: according to your own use.

Jenson Button in McLaren P1 (2013) supercar fly-by

Thu, 31 Jan 2013

McLaren’s P1 supercar trundled out for its first official drive-by today, when F1 driver Jenson Button drove it into McLaren’s Woking citadel before unveiling his 2013 race car. The stunt confirmed that the P1 can manoeuvre on electric power alone, unlike Button’s MP4-28: the race car’s hybrid KERS system is used to deliver a short power boost to supplement the V8. McLaren predicts the P1’s electric-only mode is a capability its forthcoming Ferrari rival (codenamed F150) won’t be able to match.

Daihatsu's funky Cube rival on the way

Fri, 29 Sep 2006

By Ben Whitworth Motor Industry 29 September 2006 08:01 Daihatsu is on the verge of giving its boxy Materia supermini – which made its European debut in Paris - the green light for UK imports. If given the green light the spacious five-seater, which is already on sale in Japan, would arrive here next spring as a stand-alone topend model. The Materia is very similar to Nissan's does-it-exactly-what-it-says-on-the-tin Cube, which has been super popular with Japanese kids.
