Thu, 17 Nov 2011Nissan Juke-R - finally finished Nissan certainly milked the creation of the Nissan Juke-R for all it was worth. There were endless teases and photos – and even a video or three – some of which we covered, and some of which we didn’t, as it all got a wee bit tedious. But Nissan has finished their test-tube creation of a sub-compact SUV with the heart and soul of Godzilla, and has sent us a nice little video and a set of photos of the Juke-R looking menacing and purposeful in black.
Ferrari FF: More Pictures!
Sun, 06 Feb 2011Ferrari has revealed more pictures of the FF, the shooting-brake-styled supercar set to debut at the Geneva motor show. These shots show the 651-hp, V12-powered speed demon frolicking in the snow, where it's putting Ferrari's first-ever all-wheel-drive system to good use. The four-seater replaces the venerable 612 Scaglietti and is expected to arrive in the fall.
GM cuts Facebook ad spending, but Ford steps on the gas
Wed, 16 May 2012On the eve of Facebook's wildly anticipated initial public stock offering, General Motors said May 15 that it will stop buying advertisements on Facebook--about $10 million a year--but "remains committed" to the social network as part of "an aggressive content strategy with all our products and brands." In other words, GM will not pay Facebook for ads but will continue to maintain content, for which Facebook doesn't collect revenue. News of the decision was reported in The Wall Street Journal. But GM's position is far from universal.
