I am selling my two pairs of Gaerne SG 10 boots which are SIZE 9 and made in Italy. Both pair are used but the ones I labelled #1 are in better shape than #2. All the straps and buckles are intact on pair #1 but the soles have wear on the right boot (brake) and left big time (deep rut in sole, starting to see the steel shank) but other than that, the boots are in great shape. Pair #2 has some issues, It is missing a strap and seat on one of the middle straps and a seat on the one just below it (see the pic where I am pointing my finger). I have a replacement strap and latch kit that I will throw in, but you will need to get a replacement seat (only) and backing plate for the latch part. (Should be easy to make yourself, I just don't have the time). This same left boot on #2 has a worn down sole down to the steel shank and moderate wear on the right sole. Replacement soles for these boots are about $40.000 on e-bay. All the boots have been used and have some yellowing to the straps and lettering and moderate scratches. These boots go for about $400.00 a pair but I won't use these again and just want to get rid of them so make and offer if interested. Each boot weighs about 5 lbs so shipping will be about 20 lbs total and I am paying shipping so keep that in mind if you do want to make a reasonable offer. The story of the replacement for the Aston Martin DBS – which we now know is to be the new Aston Martin Vanquish – has been playing out over the last month or so. We reported at the start of May that the DBS name would be dropped and then exclusively revealed that it would debut at Villa D’Este as the Project Am 310 to try and mop up the honours in the Concept Category (it actually lost out to the Alfa 4C).
