Both rear wheel bearings with the steel retainers!

Buy to install in a future brake job as these bearings have an internal seal that wears out!!

Fits Cadillac 1949 to 1956 all models except the
commercial chassis ( long wheelbase version for an ambulance,  funeral coatch, etc)

Thousands of pounds of steel ride on these bearings in all weather conditions. Even a small amount of dirt or corrosion will result in these bearings heating up, and the results can be disastrous. The built in seal in these bearings is known to fail. Your old wheel bearings will fail when you are at highway speeds, usually ruining the axle the same time. At this price, why take a chance?

Big Willie Robinson: 1942-2012

Mon, 21 May 2012

Big Willie Robinson was as much legend and myth as flesh and bone, and at six feet, six inches and weighing 300 pounds, with 21-inch biceps and a 58-inch chest, there was a lot of flesh and bone. Robinson was more than a drag racer, promoter and sanctioning-body president. He was the man who used the power of horsepower to unite people of all colors and creeds under the banner of drag racing, once saying at a race, “Ain't no colors here, it's all just engines.” As the founder and president of the National and International Brotherhood of Street Racers, he used racing to bring the races together.

Saab fans gather outside GM headquarters

Tue, 05 Jan 2010

The 60-plus-year history of Saab may come to an inglorious end in the next few days if General Motors and Dutch supercar maker Spyker--or perhaps a dark-horse bidder--fail to reach an agreement to save the iconic Swedish maker of premium cars. But the potential death of yet another GM brand raised some voices of dissension--and passion--as a crowd of about 30 Saab enthusiasts braved temperatures in the 20s and snow flurries to show their support for Saab at a gathering near GM's global headquarters in downtown Detroit. The event was organized by the Ryan Emge, editor of a Saab.History.com, and was part car show, part rally and part family gathering.
