SHIPPING: I try to ship all items within 24 hours from receipt of payment, but sometimes due to holidays, weekends, post office closings, and a busy schedule of my own that is not always possible.
INSURANCE: It is your responsibilty to request insurance on an item if you so choose even if you already recieved an invoice it can be resent to represent the insurance costs.Generally the post office will charge $1.75 for the first $100.00 this is not the rule though I am only giving you an idea of the cost.
REFUNDS: Refunds are made for the purchase price ONLY. Shipping fees are not included. For a refund to be made, the item must be returned in the same condition as when it was originally shipped and it must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item. Wed, 09 Nov 2011Vygor Opera .2 - a second take on the new crossover from Italy Last month we reported on the Vygor Opera, a new ‘car’ from Italy which we thought looked like a cross between a 5-Series GT, Subaru and an X6, but after a dose of ugly pills. So when we got an email in to say there’s a second version of the Opera – catchily named the Vygor Opera.2 – we thought Vygor must have bucked up their ideas from the first Opera and employed someone with a proper Italian flair for design. No such luck.
Volvo Emissions Equality Campaign – Great move
Thu, 15 Jul 2010The Volvo V70 - less polluting than a Fiat 500 Whenever we get the opportunity – as regular readers will know – we complain about the current obsession with CO2 emissions on cars and call for car makers and Governments to act on the emissions which actually matter – NOx, hydrocarbons and particulates (and here, and here, and here and…). And it looks like Volvo agrees. Volvo are launching the ‘Emissions Equality Campaign to get car buyers to consider the whole picture when it comes to car emissions and not just look at the figure for CO2, which buyers have been brainwashed in to thinking matters (our view of CO2 – not Volvo’s).
Ford Focus Zetec S launches in the UK
Tue, 29 Nov 2011The new for 2012 Ford Focus Zetec S Ford has unveiled the fastest version yet of the new Focus – the Focus Zetec S – with a 1.6 litre 178bhp Ecoboost engine. It’s probably sensible that the Ford Focus Zetec S gets added to the Ford range now. Leave it until 2012 and it’s going to seem a bit tame compared to the new Focus ST.
