·      All shipping originates from 95116 zip code.  Shipment will be either UPS, USPS or FEDEX.

·      Some larger items will ship via Estes Express or Daylight Transport. 

·      Orders are generally shipped on the day after full payment has been received and cleared into our account.

RETURNS:

All sales are FINAL. BUT in the UNLIKELY EVENT that a return is accepted, all returns must include all original items undamaged, unmounted, with all original packaging including lugs, locks, manuals, warranty forms, etc. Shipping and Handling Fees are nonrefundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to ship products back. There will be a 35% restocking fee for all returned items.

WARRANTIES:

All warranties come from the manufacturer and are not offered by West Coast Wheels and Tires. You must obtain an RMA number within 48 hours of receiving item. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs back and froth for all warranty related issues. Warranty decisions are made at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. We are not responsible for any warranty-related decisions made by the manufacturer.
