Only products with a valid RMA# will be accepted. All other returns will be refused on arrival. When you ship your item, please use a shipping method that can be tracked, such as FedEx and/or UPS and provide the tracking number to us in writing. If returned products are found not to be subject to the warranty coverage, the product will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement, at the senders' expense.
