Actual detailed photo will be added soon) The rebuild kit contains all and "Steel plates." Make sure you get a kit with steel plates. The cheaper ones don't have them and you "will" need them. Also included is a Transtec soft parts kit with every rubber seal and gasket that you'll need to complete your rebuild. The kit comes with a new filter, pump bushing and extension housing bushing. This kit also comes with the band. The torque converter that comes in this kit is balanced and pressure tested and has the heavy duty brazed turbine and torrington bearings. This converter has a stock stall speed and will be fine for up to 500 hp. The shift kit fixes, stuck throttle valve; late or non upshifts; 3-4 clutch failure; soft on slide-bump 1-2; 2-3 cutloose; shuttle 4-3-4-3; and soft 4th shift. Along with fixing these common problems, you'll also see an increase in the life of your transmission due to the reduced slippage. Remember to soak all of your clutches in tranny fluid for thirty minutes before you install them. Check out our eBay Store for more great deals. Opel Adam going rallying
Wed, 21 Nov 2012Opel is adding a bit of rally credibility to the new Adam by taking it rallying with an Adam R2 rally car for a one-make cup. But perhaps GM Europe are hoping to inject a bit of performance credibility in to the uninspiring mechanical offerings the Adam currently offers with the revelation that they’re making a rally Adam prepared to basic R2 spec, which means a tweak or three from the standard production car. That means upgrades to the engine, suspension, brakes and gearbox to produce an Adam rally car that’s an affordable entry point for young drivers and Opel are aiming to compete in the ADAC Opel Rally cup with the Adam R2.

Like the Ford Airstream concept unveiled at the Detroit Auto Show last year, this concept explores the potential of maximizing interior space through employing an electric powertrain mated to an environmentally-friendly hydrogen fuel-cell. Overall the exterior design of the ecoVoyager appears fairly conventional.
