Up for a Buy it Now is a set of airbags, SRS module, clockspring and seat belts and seat belt locks for all '00 and '01 Ford Focus 4 door models including ZX4, SE, SES, ZTS. This set is out of a 2001 Focus ZX4. Build date is 07 / '01. This set of airbags will fit all Focus models built after Feb. 2000 through 2001. These seat belts will not fit into ZX3, the seat belt mounts are different. The ZX3 has a rail lower mount. If you need ZX3 seat belts please email me to request the ZX3 belts. These components are from the same vin matching 2001 ZX4. This is a complete airbag SRS restraint system replacement set. The complete clockspring is included and has both of the locking tabs in place. Both seat belts and the seat belt locking clips are included also. The drivers side is Black and the pass. is GRAY, if you need a BLACK passenger airbag cover please email after purchasing the items. The passenger side is the bracket type and had cruise control. Pininfarina family to lose control of company
Wed, 15 Feb 2012The Pininfarina family is set to lose its controlling share stake in the company as it takes a step closer to restructuring its €76 million net debt. The Italian design firm, founded in 1930, has been plagued with debt in recent years, shutting its manufacturing branch in 2011 to concentrate purely on design, ending a joint venture with Volvo that saw the company assemble Volvo's C70. The move is seen as a positive one for the company in the long-term, making it more financially secure for future developments, but it also means that the Pininfarina family will lose control of the company by selling its 77 percent share.

Wed, 24 Feb 2010The reclusive Akio Toyoda is taking the rare step of waving the family flag, as the scion to Toyota Motor Corp.’s founding dynasty tries to steer the world’s largest car company out of a spiraling safety crisis. In testimony prepared for the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, President Toyoda pursues a rare personal tack on the emergency, saying “my name is on every car.” “As you well know, I am the grandson of the founder, and all the Toyota vehicles bear my name,” Toyoda says in prepared comments circulated ahead of Wednesday’s committee hearing in Washington. “For me, when the cars are damaged, it is as though I am as well.” The intimate reflection is a departure for Toyoda, who has spent most of his career sidestepping public discussion of his lineage.
