This is a front fender from a 2001 Suzuki GSX-R600. Fits 2000-2003 GSX-R600 and GSX-R750 models. It is in nice condition, except for a few scratches and small crack on the right side where the forks meet the fender, see last picture. All mounting holes are in good condition.
