Item Description This remote is unprogrammed and must be programmed AT THE VEHICLE before it will crank the vehicle. An Unprogrammed remote will not work until it is programed with a scanner tool or it can be programmed with one other working remote. You can program the key yourself IF YOU HAVE ONE OTHER REMOTE which are already programmed to the vehicle....otherwise you will have to hire an automotive locksmith or a dealer to program the key with special equipment which is connected to the vehicle. If you have questions, please ask BEFORE buying....include the exact year, make, and model. ShippingShipping is by USPS first class mail. Ebay has a tracking process and you can track your package. Cadillac may get future rear-drive hybrids
Mon, 08 Feb 2010General Motors' two mode hybrid powertrain, used only in trucks, will migrate to rear-drive cars in the next generation, said Tom Stephens, GM's vice chairman of global product operations. Two likely candidates: Cadillacs, says consultant Jim Hall of 2953 Analytics in suburban Detroit. Last month, GM said it is developing an electric motor that is 25 percent smaller and 20 percent more powerful than the motor used in today's two mode hybrid full-sized trucks.
