These are file photos of a Complete Drop Out 5.3 liter LM7 LS engine that we removed from a 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500. This is a great running engine with 186,254 miles. It had about 40 lbs of oil pressure warmed up when tested and will make a great replacement for your tired engine or a great swap into your project. IF You opt for the $500.00 upgrade that means is it can be transplanted into just about anything! It takes 2 wires to make this harness work once it is installed on the engine! The other 2 wires that should be hooked up are the Tach wire and the "Check Engine Light" power wire. This harness can just control the engine or it can be crafted to control a 4L60 transmission (More wires will need to be hooked up for this option) if you need that option for your project. The pioneering deal, dubiously named the HyFIVE project (Hydrogen For Innovative Vehicles), is the largest of its kind in Europe.
