We Only Ship To The Continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship internationally. Please don't ask.

Payments can take from between 1-3 Business days to process. We ship the next business day after payment has been processed.
Shipments can incur a handling cost of $0-3US.
We ship only to addresses that have been registered with both Ebay and Paypal. We will ship to whatever address is registered wtih Ebay and Paypal at the time of payment.
Please make sure to have the correct shipping address registered at the time of payment. Shipping addresses cannot be changed after payment has been made.
If requesting shipping to a PO box address, please note that you must pay for shipping via USPS. UPS Does not ship to PO Boxes.
Please make sure to be ready to receive your package or pick it up from your local carrier's location. Returns because of failure of the package to be delivered/picked up will be issued a refund of the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee as well as minus both the cost of shipping and the cost of return shipping.

Regular Returns and Refund Policies
Please contact us prior to making a return. All returns must first be approved.
In order to receive ANY refund or replacement you must first return the item. No exceptions.
All returns at at the buyer's expense. This includes regular returns and factory defective items.
After a return has been authorized, there is a 5 day grace period in which to ship the return.
Items that arrive defective, broken or damaged must be reported on the date of arrival. Reports for damaged/defective items will not be accepted if not made on the date of delivery.
For regular returns, the item must be in the original, unopened packaging. The item must be completely unused.
Returns will not be accepted for incomplete or used items.
Refunds WILL NOT include the shipping and handling costs of the items.
Factory Defective Items:
Colors may vary for all items. A different color does not constitute a defective item.
Refunds issued for accepted returns will be for the purchase price of the item, not including shipping and handling costs.
Factory defective items must be returned. This is necessary, as the factory requires inspection of the items by their techs prior to clearing a defective item claim.
