2011 Peugeot 508: Paris Motor Show 2010

Sat, 02 Oct 2010

Peugeo 508 Paris Well, you wouldn’t expect Peugeot to forget to bring along their replacement for the Peugeot 407 (not to mention the ‘Only sells in France’ 607) to their home motor show, so the Peugeot stand got not just the saloon version of the new Peugeot 508 but a 508 Estate too. We already know that Peugeot is going to throw almost every engine – petrol and diesel – it has in its arsenal at the 508. so you’ll be able to grab a 508 with anything from a 1.6 litre e-HDi FAP to a 2.2 litre HDi FAP 204bhp.

‘Selfie’ drivers risking their lives

Fri, 21 Mar 2014

ONE IN 14 drivers admits taking a ‘selfie’ photo on their mobile phone while driving, despite official figures showing that one in ten (9%) of drivers have had an accident while using the phone at the wheel. Young drivers are the most likely to use their mobile phone to take a selfie, which is a picture of the phone user taken by themselves. A further one on 20 drivers also owns up to using a social media app on their smartphone while driving to send photos they have just taken friends.
