Standard Shipping
Shipping & handling rates provided in listings are to continental US destinations.
**Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico residents: Please
contact us for a shipping & handling quote prior to purchasing
merchandise. Free shipping and handling DOES NOT apply to these
destinations. We cannot ship your item until we receive payment for
additional costs.
Please
allow 3-7 business days for arrival of in-stock merchandise shipped via
standard shipping. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not considered
shipping days.
Overnight and 2nd-day shipping are available for many items. Message or call us for pricing and availability.
**All shipments must have a valid Home or Business delivery address. We cannot ship large or heavy items to P.O. Boxes.
LOCAL PICK-UP items will be held for UP TO
30 days from time of purchase unless prior arrangements are made. No
guarantees or refunds for items not picked up, NO exceptions.
International Buyers:
International buyers buying outside of the eBay's Global Shipping Program MUST obtain a shipping quote BEFORE making
a purchase. PLEASE BE ADVISED: Import duties and taxes will vary by
country and may not be determinable until after the shipment has been
arranged. Buyer is responsible for all additional import fees and taxes
once the shipment arrives to the destination country.
We cannot ship your item until the shipping & handling fees are paid in full.
Freight Shipments:
· Freight shipping service is used for engines, transmissions, doors, & interior upholstery sets.
· Freight shipments are secured to a pallet or within a crate.
· Shipping rates provided in listing description are valid to destinations with a BUSINESS ADDRESS.
· Residential address delivery will cost an additional $40-$60.
Please ensure trucks have access roads to the selected delivery address
· Buyer will be contacted via telephone prior to delivery in order to schedule a drop off time.
· Please be advised: We cannot complete the shipment until we receive this information!

Greyhound Package Express:
· Greyhound Package Express shipping service is used primarily for bumpers and irregular or oversized items.
· Greyhound
Package Express works by utilizing the unused cargo space beneath their
commuter busses in order to transport packages quickly and affordably.
· Items shipped through Greyhound Package Express will need picked up from Buyer’s selected participating Greyhound Bus Terminal.
· Buyer
will need to first determine the location of their closest
participating Greyhound Package Express location by going online to
shipgreyhound(dot-com)
· Using eBay messages provide your selected Greyhound location and your telephone number.
· The provided telephone number will be called once your shipment has arrived at the Greyhound Terminal and is ready for pick-up.
· Please
be advised: We cannot complete the shipment until we receive this
information! Purchases are guaranteed and may be held for up to 30 days from time of purchase.
Please
do not delay in picking up your item after you’ve been contacted in
order to reduce the potential for any accidental damage during holding
at facility.
PAYMENT
We
accept PayPal payment. We accept all major credit cards over the phone.
Cash or credit cards are accepted at time of pick-up for items listed
as Local Pick-Up Only. No personal checks are accepted, sorry.
By
law, we charge state sales tax for items shipped to Pennsylvania
residents and all local pick-ups. PA Sales Tax (6%) applies to subtotal +
S&H.
STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY
Auto
parts are guaranteed to arrive to the Buyer in the condition as stated
at time of purchase. The standard limited warranty expires 30 days from
time of purchase. All applicable parts are guaranteed to function
properly consistent with age, mileage, and intended design, unless
otherwise noted in the item description. Highline Auto Parts will
replace the part or refund the purchase price, at Highline Auto Parts’
sole discretion. We reserve the right to replace failed parts with equal
to or greater than original mileage parts. Highline Auto Parts does not
warrant against oil consumption, oil leaks, normal wear and tear,
emission levels, seals, gas leaks, oil pumps, water pumps, belts, hoses,
bolts, tightness of bolts, and any accessories that are sold with
engines. Highline Auto Parts does not warrant against loss caused from
installation, removal, or repair in connection with the sale of used
auto parts. Buyer understands that guarantees and warranties are void if
motor or part is overheated, damaged, disassembled, etc. Warranties do
not apply to parts sold for the purpose of rebuilding. Accessory parts
included with engine blocks, transmissions, axle or carrier assemblies
are not covered under any warranty. This warranty does not cover
merchandise failure or damage caused by improper installation, usage
from which the part was not intended or improper maintenance of the
product
Products
and parts that are not provided with a warranty are: cut off body
parts, emissions equipment, brake parts, tires, and safety equipment
including air bags and seat belts that are sold "as is".
**INSTALLATION REQUIREMENT
For
mechanical parts: the installer must be a certified mechanic and follow
the correct installation procedures as stated by the manufacturer’s
guidelines. Buyer agrees to ensure installer must replace all seals,
gaskets, fluids, belts, etc. with installation and that the installer of
the part is equipped with the necessary means to install the part
properly. Buyer understands that failure to follow installation
procedures set forth by the manufacturer will result in their warranty
being voided. **Engines, transmissions, carrier assemblies, axle
assemblies, radiators, and power steering pumps are drained of all
fluids in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. Do not attempt
to operate before replacing fluids and filters.
ALL AIR BAGS AND SEAT BELTS ARE SOLD "AS IS". Recycled
air bags and seat belts are not tested by Highline Auto Parts to meet
any safety standards. A qualified installer must install air bags &
seat belts in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. Air
bags and seat belts that are not installed correctly could subject
installers or passengers of a vehicle to risk of serious injury,
including death. The Buyer of any air bag or seat belt must have a
certified garage or mechanic inspect and install the recycled air bag or
seat belt.
USED TIRES ARE SOLD "AS IS”:
With the purchase of used tires the Buyer acknowledges that the tires
are being sold "AS IS" and in their present condition as stated at time
of purchase. The Buyer further acknowledges that any defects or
deficiencies in a used tire may not be apparent or discoverable. The
Buyer agrees to have the used tires further inspected and installed by a
professional tire installer. Highline Auto Parts makes no
representations whatsoever regarding the used tire(s) being purchased
and/or their suitability or fitment for a particular purpose.
RETURN POLICY
PLEASE DO NOT OPEN A CASE WITH EBAY TO REQUEST A RETURN! If you would like to make a return, message us using eBay messages. Refunds
may be delayed or denied if a return authorization is not obtained
before sending your part back. Products or goods must be returned and
exchanged with an appropriate invoice or proof of purchase. Damage
claims will be denied if damage was stated in original description at
time of purchase. NO returns on special orders, overheated, altered, or
disassembled part(s). For
merchandise purchased online or by phone; it is the customer’s
responsibility to return the item back to us in the same condition it
was received. Merchandise returned not in its original condition will
result in claim being denied. Buyer agrees to cover all return shipping
costs. Please allow 7-14 days to process returns for refunds.
All
non-defective parts returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All
original and/or actual shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.
IF YOU RECEIVE THE
WRONG PART: Please retain all original packing. Please contact Highline
Auto Parts so we can correct the matter and possibly provide you with a
return label for the incorrect part.
TO MAKE A CLAIM
Claims must be made within 30 days of receiving your part.
IF
YOUR ITEM IS DEFECTIVE: For mechanical parts, qualified installer must
provide explanation of procedures and any evidence of defect for claim
to be valid. Highline Auto Parts will replace the part or refund the
purchase price at Highline Auto Parts’ sole discretion. We reserve the
right to replace failed parts with equal to or greater than original
mileage parts. Please see our Standard Limited Warranty for more
information.
IF
YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING: Highline Auto Parts must be
advised of any faulty or damaged goods within 24 hrs upon Buyer’s
receipt of them. To make a claim customer must provide Highline Auto
Parts with any supporting documentation of claim. Claims should be
submitted with proof of purchase. Claims on packages shipped via FedEx: Packages are insured against damage during shipping. Buyer can
initiate the claim with FedEx customer service immediately upon
receiving the damaged package or contact Highline Auto Parts so we can
submit the claim. Please retain all original packaging material you
received your item in to substantiate the claim. Provide any details of
your claims process to Highline Auto Parts. Buyer agrees that any claim
cannot exceed amount of purchase.
