This is an original remote keyless entry produced by the factory. It works on the 2001-2006 DODGE STRATUS SEDAN, all models with factory remote keyless entry. This remote cannot be programmed to your vehicle by you, unless you already have one working remote. If you do have one working remote, you can do it yourself. You can find instructions on how to do it using your favorite search engine and putting in the words...program....your.....remote. You must take it to a dealer (ugh!) or a locksmith to have it programmed to your vehicle if you do not have at least one working remote..
