I bought this harness from a 2001 with a 5spd manual transmission. It has all the under hood connections, fuse box, neutral safety switch and box that goes into the cab. It appears to be in good condition save for two places where it was cut for some unknown reason near the passenger side headlight connection. It also has some corrosion from sitting.

It will most likely fit 1998.5-2002 with a manual transmission, but it is the buyers responsibility to verify fitment. This would be great for a Cummins conversion. It is being sold as is with no warranty express or implied. Thanks for looking!
