This whale tail is brand new it was painted in January 2003 by ASE and ICAR certified auto-body technicians using the DuPont paint process. The color is Dodge intense blue DuPont clear. This whale tail takes the wind off the tailgate of short bed trucks and did increase gas mileage on my Dakota SLT quad cab.
