Parts from: 2001 KTM 400 MXC (had 453 Thumper Racing Big Bore). This bike was running great and test rode several times. This was a well taken care of and fully loaded trail bike. I rode it for a few weeks before taking it apart as it was a great setup.
Fitment notes for KTM: Many parts from this will fit late 90's to present day ktm's. Many parts from 2000-2007 RFS (400, 450, 520, 525) are interchangeable. For example you could take a 2006 ktm 450 xc and swap everything over to the 2001 400 MXC frame very easily and vice versa. there is a few changes every year through the evolution of the RFS Bikes. 2000-2002 used the 20mm front axle setup and 2003-up use 26mm. GOOGLE SEARCH "KTM RFS Evolution" for good information also. Regarding 2 stroke bikes: besides the engine the same thing apply's as many parts are interchangeable.

Please research YOUR fitment needs to verify this part will work for YOUR bike.. Models fitment MAY OR MAY NOT include other models besides what is listed as original source. I can only confirm year/make/model the parts came from as a direct fitment, any other make/model/year is up to buyer to confirm it is what they need before purchasing.

6. Return Policy and Procedure:
1.Item must be returned and in exact condition as shipped out in.
2. Transaction cancellation request will be made and buyers must cancel the transaction before any refund will be made.
3. IF transaction is not cancelled there is an additional 10% of total that will be subtracted from refund amount to cover ebay fees i'm chaged since the transaction wasn't canceled.
4. Restock fee of 20% is standard
5. If item is damaged in shipping it is a matter for the shipping insurance and not something that should be returned.
6. If theres a problem that is indisputably my fault there will be no restocking fee.
In review: I have no problem accepting returns if you made a mistake, but I am charged fees by both paypal and ebay for the sale so there is a restocking fee of 20% and if you choose not to cancel the transaction the restocking fee is 30%
Update on International shipping: USPS will no longer let sellers ship to certain countries online. This means each item must be taken to post office and be paid for at post office at higher than online prices. There is a small handling fee that will cover the extra costs involved in manually shipping the items. Not much we can do really as USPS is the only one that will ship internationally for a low cost.
Also the Economy Parcel Post has been suspended.
So we are pretty much left with overpriced priority or 1st class if the item is under 13 oz.
International shipping will be OK, but prices have gone up there also.
For inside USA shipping of items over 13oz. prices from USPS are now as high as using UPS or FEDEX.
Please don't complain or give sellers bad feedback because of these higher than last year shipping costs, I do not make any $$ on shipping costs and if anything sometimes lose $$ because we are charged by the auction company a percentage on the sale price and also on the shipping costs..
USPS Economy (Parcel Post) is replaced by Parcel Select and is now an option for domestic shipping once again..
Ebay Compatibility system SUCKS and doesn't work properly, so the ONLY vehicle listed will be the exact year/make/model the parts came from.. Use dealers, online parts number searches or if all else fails ask me and I can look up part number and let you know if they match another year/make/model.. Fitment is fairly easy to confirm when comparing the part numbers given on a specific part between the unit it came from and the unit you want to use it one.

BMW recalls 2002-05 3-series for light defect
Thu, 01 Sep 2011BMW is recalling 241,000 copies of the 3-series in the United States to fix a rear light defect that could lead to crashes. The problem affects rear lights--taillights, brake lights and turn signals--which may only work intermittently. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the recall covers model years 2002 to 2005 of the 325i, the 325xi, the 330i and the 330xi.

Infiniti EV put on hold to concentrate on volume sales
Mon, 03 Jun 2013An Infiniti EV based on the Nissan LEAF (previewed by the LE Concept above) have been put on hold Nissan’s luxury arm, Infiniti, is on a global push to try and make inroads in to the dominance of Lexus in the luxury Japanese car arena, and has ambitious plans to be selling 500,000 cars a year by 2017. But Infiniti sold only a third of that total in 2012, so any chance of hitting the lofty target of 500k cars in the next five years means they must concentrate on volume cars, not niche cars like a Nissan LEAF based EV. That means the LEAF-based Infiniti LE EV Concept we saw at the New York Auto Show in 2012 will stay as a concept for the foreseeable future as Infiniti boss, Johan de Nysschen, seeks volume cars that will push the brand forward and bring proper sales numbers.
