Brake panels are good but may or may not need brakes, etc. If you need to know for sure, please ask before purchase. Carburetors may or may not need cleaning but are good parts. The Bentley Continental GT3 appears to be a lowered, widened and stripped- out GT with which Bentley plan to return to their roots and a long history of motorsport. whether that means supplying the GT3 as a customer car or a works racing team we don’t yet know.
