This is a repainted 2001 Yamaha R1 gas tank I don't see any damages I'm not going to get more pictures if you want it you can buy it there is no returns I am parting out the complete motorcycle on my website at partsthief.com where you can get more pictures and close-ups and a better description if you want thank you. If you looking for a brand new gas tank I think they cost about $680 at the dealer.... I'm just bitter because some jerk thought my subframe and return it saying there is damage is when there's a couple scratches on it I lose $40 in shipping...its used at dirt cheap prices...I don't understand buyers sometimes....but most uall are cool....just few turds...

Automakers gradually have repositioned the tank to an area in front of the rear axle, generally below the rear passenger seat. Statistically speaking, the tank in that location is less vulnerable in a high-speed, rear-end crash than in the previous location--between the rear bumper and axle.
Audi Crosslane Coupe concept (2012) - the new Q2!
Fri, 28 Sep 2012Audi showed off the new Crosslane Coupe concept car at the Paris motor show in 2012 - and it's basically the new Q2 in show-car drag. Ingolstadt may call it 'a hybrid study providing pointers to the design language of future Audi Q models,' but very senior execs told CAR it is the new Q2. Audi is preparing a raft even-numbered Q models which will provide a lower slung breed of crossover to the family-oriented Q3/Q5/Q7 set.
