The engine and/or transmission must be in the original condition as listed in the photos. Any disassembly voids all guarantees. The return policy does not include any additional labor or other costs associated with a defective engine or transmission. The engine or transmission must be installed by a certified mechanic and must have the oil flushed with a new filter installed before used.
All parts listed as 'NEW' carry a 1 year guarantee from the original order date.
Guarantee is not valid on international purchases.
We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee from the order date. To return an item please contact us for a return authorization. You will be refunded the cost of the part, less shipping and our 15% restocking fee.

It follows an unsuccessful foray to manufacture cars in Malta – which has ended in a legal dispute over the island factory. The company will make the original AC Ace, the AC MK11, the AC MK11 FIA and the AC MK111 at an AC specialist based in Surrey, England, employing artisans to make the aluminium chassis.
