Based on the Gallardo supercar, the Sesto Elemento (six elements in the Italian sports car maker's native tongue) is a technological marvel, created entirely in carbon fiber to bring the vehicle's overall weight down to less than 1000kg. Coventry University recently held its annual degree show, showcasing the works of more than 100 graduating students from the school's five different design disciplines: Automotive, Product, Vehicle, Transport and Boat Design. This year's show took place over two floors and two wings of the School of Art and Design's Maurice Foss building, adjacent to the famed Bugatti building, which houses the programs' digitizing and modeling laboratory. And with all the varied design disciplines mixed together, walking around the entire exhibition took rather a lot of time.

Jaguar XJ Supersport Nurbrurgring Taxi Jaguar has launched a ‘Taxi’ service at the Nürburgring Nordschleife with an XJ Supersport fitted with Sport & Speed Packs. When most of us think of a Nurburgring Taxi we think of Sabine Schmitz frightening the life out of Munich businessmen with a swift lap of the ‘Ring in an M5. Sadly, Sabine doesn’t play Taxi driver any more and BMW use M3s.
