Up for bid is this 2002-2008 Kawasaki Meanstreak 1500/1600 seat saddle P/N 53066-0016. I was told it came off an 05 1500 Meanstreak and will fit a 1600.  Google 53066-0016-MA SEAT-ASSY,DUAL,W/BAND and it will tell exactly what it fits. I don't know anything more about it so make sure it will fit your bike before bidding. Seat is in excellent condition. Doesn't look like it has seen much use. See pictures and bid accordingly.

Fewer people commuting but distances on the up

Mon, 31 Mar 2014

The average commute has increased in distance, but more people working from home means there are actually fewer cars on the road at rush hour today compared to 10 years ago, according to statistics from the most recent Census conducted in 2011. Figures show the average commute has increased from 8.3 miles in 2001 to 9.32 miles in 2011. People living in the east of England travelled the furthest to work at an average distance of 10.34 miles – while those in London had the shortest commutes averaging 6.83 miles.

We’re already nearly halfway through Series 18 of Top Gear, with episode 3 on tonight. And so far, so good; the daftness is still there, but a lot less puerile than other recent Top Gear stuff, and some properly good car stuff too.

Arizona auctions week gets optimistic start

Thu, 20 Jan 2011

It's auction time in Arizona, and Barrett-Jackson has seen some numbers grow. Monday's preview day drew record crowds--a reported 39,000 attendees--a whopping 85 percent increase from 2010. The weather might have played a part, as for the first time in quite a few years, temps have been in the Chamber of Commerce-like low 70s during the days with cool nights.
