McGovern currently leads Land Rover's advanced design department, a think-tank examining the future look and concept of the firm's 4x4s. Johnson Controls has developed a new instrument cluster concept that displays its information through a 3D interface. The Multilayer Instrument Cluster concept, initially intended for use in full- and mid-size luxury cars, is designed to improve the safety of the driver and the overall efficiency of the vehicle.
