Refunds are only made on items declared defective. In order to be declared defective for a refund, an ASE certified dealership or repair facility must declare it as such and provide written documentation to Powerline Auto Recyclers within 14 days of buyer's receipt of item.

Free shipping is available only to the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or any other Outlying Areas, please contact us prior to purchase for shipping information.
Larger items such as, but not limited to, trunk/hatch lids, door shells, hoods, bumpers/covers will be shipped via Greyhound to your nearest Greyhound station. Packages must be picked up within 3 days, at which point Greyhound will begin charging $5 daily storage fees. Powerline will not be liable for storage fees.
Heavy items such as, but not limited to, engines, transmissions, axles will be shipped via freight to your nearest freight depot.
