The variable valve timing solenoid was removed from a working 2002 Infiniti QX4 that is being parted out. The engine and transmission were in good working condition, before the item was removed. The part looks like new. This is the Left side and the gasket is missing.

Track 'raider' given public nuisance charge

A MAN who drove his girlfriend's car on to the former Formula 1 circuit at Brands Hatch during a race has been charged with causing a public nuisance. Jack Cottle, 21, was arrested on suspicion of false imprisonment in June after footage appeared on YouTube of a white Volkswagen Polo being driven into the middle of a Fun Cup race at the Kent circuit, police said. Cottle, of Durgates, Wadhurst, East Sussex, was charged when he answered bail at a Kent police station last night.

Ford adds 2.0-liter four to crate-engine lineup

Enthusiasts who think that the 2.0-liter engine from the 2012 Ford Focus would be a fine fit for their car projects will be able to buy one from Ford Racing's crate-engine program. Ford is also adding a pair of pushrod V8s to the crate-engine lineup for 2012. The 2.0-liter is the first in a family of crate engines based on Ford's global four-cylinder engine.
