VW recalls Jettas for wiring problem

Volkswagen of America Inc. on Monday voluntarily recalled 71,043 2011 Jettas because of wiring problems with the anti-theft alarm system and horn. "The current electrical wiring layout has the horn wiring protected by the same fuse as the converter box wiring," said VW spokeswoman Sheriece Matias.

BMW X4 confirmed for production in 2014

More details have emerged about BMW's forthcoming X4. As previously reported by CAR, the new 2014 X4 is in essence a baby X6 - a sort of squashed coupe-cum-4x4 to appeal to outward-going types.
