Ford Fiesta 2011 US Revealed
Wed, 02 Dec 2009The US Spec Ford Fiesta has been revealed We ran a picture the other day of the US Spec 2011 Ford Fiesta, and I have to say we were a little underwhelmed by what has been done to Europe’s favourite small car to make it appeal to American tastes. When we catch up with design director Dr Klaus Bischoff at the car's unveiling, he's certainly confident that the new car represents a significant step forward.
Bentley 6¾ litre V8 to end production – Diesels & Hybrid on the way
Fri, 17 Aug 2012Bentley’s outgoing boss has revealed Bentley are planning to drop their trademark 6¾ litre V8 and introduce hybrid and diesel options. BMW tried to bring production of the old iron lump to an end in 1998 – replacing it with a characterless BMW 4.4 litre V8 – but it was back a year later when VW took over as the motivation for the Red Label Arnage – and it’s stayed ever since.
