UP FOR AUCTION... Up for auction is a custom made tig welded billet grille kit that fits the 2003, 2004, and 2005 Honda Accord Coupe. This grille kit is made in state of the art jig's and is built entirely from SOLID T-6061 Aircraft Billet Aluminum. Each kit is hand-rolled either by roll bender or hydraulic press (depending on the application), then hand tig-welded in one of our state of the art jig's, then polished to a chrome finish and lastly sandblasted, prepped, powdercoated and then packaged up. Basically what we're saying is every one of our billet grille kits are HAND MADE IN THE USA! Audi reveals new Quattro concept sketches before Frankfurt
Wed, 14 Aug 2013Audi has released a series of official design sketches revealing its reborn Quattro supercar concept, which will underpin the German carmaker's presence at the Frankfurt motor show next month. The modern-day Quattro aims to revive the spirit of the rally-bred Sport Quattro launched in 1984. The aggressively styled coupe has been conceived as a limited-production model that is set to be priced above that of any existing Audi model as technological figurehead for the rest of the lineup with a new plug-in hybrid driveline that mates a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 gasoline engine and electric motor for an overall output close to 800 hp.
180,000 'lied over motor insurance'
Wed, 17 Sep 2014NEARLY 3,500 cases of motorists lying on their applications for insurance or deliberately leaving relevant information off them are being uncovered by insurers each week, new figures reveal. Some 180,675 attempts to make fraudulent applications for motor insurance as people tried to get cheaper cover than they were entitled to were detected last year, equating to around 3,475 incidents a week, according to data released by the Association of British Insurers (ABI). These claims were exposed as lies by the insurer either at the point when the person applied for a policy, or after they had obtained cover and had gone on to make a claim.

Mon, 27 Jan 2014Today's Chinese car industry is barely recognizable from that of 20 years ago, and the country is now the biggest market in the world. But in 1994, when the industry was still in its relative infancy, the Chinese government launched the 'China Family Car Project', inviting 20 major Western carmakers to develop proposals for a five-seat, cheap and environmentally-friendly family car for the Chinese market. The chosen proposal would be made in China under a joint venture with First Auto Works (FAW).
