This is an original remote keyless entry produced by the factory.  It works on the 2003-2006 CHEVY AVALANCHE, all models with factory remote keyless entry.  

You get the remote you see pictured.  It is in very nice condition.

This remote can be programmed by you.  For programming instructions, go to google, and put in key words like "program...your...remote", and you will find instructions.

Each remote is tested at least twice with our Kent Moore tester to insure that it does indeed work 100%.
