- All parts, unless otherwise stated, are used parts and sold as is. Products sold are used motorcycle salvage parts. 
- Most parts have minor scuffs and scrapes from use.
- Products are kept indoors but please expect minor scuffs due to storage.
- Any damage to an item will be clearly pictured and/or noted in the product description.
- No warranties are provided, expressed or implied.
- All used parts are subject to damage from previous owner; including but not limited to fire, flood or collision therefore limiting Ride Again Motorcycles' liability to the purchase price of the item.

Return Policy:

- Refunds are offered for parts that have damages not described or pictured in the listing.
- All electronic items are non-refundable.
- Any refunds not due to reasons stated above, will endure a 10% restocking fee plus the initial shipment cost when purchased.  
- Ride Again Motorcycles must be contacted within 14 days, no more than 7 days after receiving the item, to receive a refund.

GM Europe weeks from running out of cash

Speaking today (Tuesday 3 March), GM chief operating officer Fritz Henderson revealed that insolvency loomed, due to the plunge in European car sales and GM’s liquidity crisis in North America. He ruled out a swift cash injection from private investors, saying that no talks had taken place and that lengthy negotiations and due diligence would take too long.
