Return Policy

Unless otherwise noted or item is being sold as parts, products you buy from Jazzy Expressions is backed by our 14 day guarantee. DVD’s, CD’s and software are non-returnable unless item is not as stated.  In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Please note that all serial numbers are recorded for each item shipped when applicable. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back. Items misdelivered by the shipping service are not refundable or replaceable if your tracking number shows as ‘Delivered’. We reserve the right to reject any return that has been broken, modified, tampered with or in any such condition that makes it unable to be resold. Orders completed within 48 hours or less will receive priority in our processing department. Orders that have not received payment within 4 days of the listing closing will be sent a reminder notice with the total amount due and the transaction will be turned in to Ebay as a non-paid item.

Q: Do you offer combined shipping discounts?
A: Yes, Please contact us before ordering so we make sure your order is all combined. You must add to cart for all your items to be combined. We will send a new invoice for all items. Our goal is to ship the next business day after an item has been paid for. No combined shipping discounts will be given for items purchased and paid for separately.

Q: Do you ship to addresses outside of the 48 Continental United States?
A: Yes. You pay, we ship.
