Turbocharger replacement allowing for dramatic cost cutting by replacing the damaged turbocharger rotating assembly (Cartridge/CHRA) in place of purchasing a complete turbocharger replacement (a complete turbocharger includes turbine housing, compressor housing and wastegate actuator...all of which can be reused from the original damaged turbocharger).
