Up for auction is a 2003 Harley rolling chassis, it comes with OEM Harley parts pictured:
- Springer front end, has a little twist in it, easy repair, with risers and headlight
-21" spoke front wheel with 90% tire, good bearings, brake disc,axle
-16" spoke rear wheel with 80% tire, belt pulley, brake disc,axle
-front and rear brake master cylinders, brake lines and calipers
-handlebar, handlebar switches, grips, throttle cables, mirrors, clutch control, clutch cable
-front fender
-rear fender with taillight, license plate bracket
-gas tank with speedo, console, ignition switch
-2up seat
-rider footboards, supports with brake pedal, and shift linkage
-chrome horseshoe oiltank
-complete exhaust system
Frame has no damage, it comes with bill of sale only. NO TITLE.

Land Rover Expedition America is more than halfway across the country, three weeks after having departed Asheville, N.C., on their 5,000-mile route through 10 states. The team is traveling all the way across the country in three Land Rover LR4s -- from sea to shining sea if you will -- almost entirely off-road. The Oregon coast is their destination, and the team is following a route based on an off-road motorcycle trailed created by Sam Corero, a famous off-road motorcyclist who charted this trail back in the 1990s.

Kustom kar kings' Dean Jeffries dead at 80

UPDATED: Dean Jeffries, a contemporary of California's great kustom kar kings in the early 1950s, who would go on to fame making cars for TV and movies, died Sunday, May 5 at 80. Jeffries grew up in Lynwood, Calif., across the street from Indy racer Troy Ruttman and around the corner from Sam and George Barris' shop. He spent his days hanging around the greats: George Cerny, Von Dutch and Big Daddy Roth.
