RETURNS
Items returned without prior authorization from Powerline Auto Recyclers, whether instructed by eBay's Return Request or by the buyer's own accord, will be subject to a partial refund minus original shipping price and a 40% restocking fee. Please contact Powerline Auto Recyclers prior to initiating any return processes.
Refunds are only made on items declared defective. In order to be declared defective for a refund, an ASE certified dealership or repair facility must declare it as such and provide written documentation to Powerline Auto Recyclers within 14 days of buyer's receipt of item.
Any items purchased in error will not be refunded. No Exceptions.

SHIPPING

Free shipping is available only to the lower 48 United States... Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or any other Outlying Areas or countries, please contact us prior to purchase for shipping information.
Oversized or heavy items in excess of 40 lbs such as, but not limited to, engines, transmissions, trunk/hatch lids, door shells, hoods, bumpers/covers will be shipped via Greyhound or Freight to your nearest Greyhound station or freight depot.
Please express any concerns regarding shipping method prior to making a purchase, if the customer does not contact us with any questions or concerns, Powerline can only assume they read and understood all of the shipping terms described and has left it to Powerline's descretion as to the appropriate shipping method.
All items shipping freight or Greyhound package express will require 2 additional days for packaging.
Packages shipped via Greyhound must be picked up by the customer within 3 days of delivery in order to avoid $5/day storage imposed by Greyhound. Delivery can take 7-10 business days. Powerline will not be liable for storage fees.
All freight shipments will be shipped to your nearest freight depot. Delivery can take 2-6 business days. Buyer is responsible for pickup and Powerline will not authorize any additional services, such as lift gate, forklift, etc. Any additional services incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.
