Wed, 03 Dec 2008

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 03 December 2008 14:00 Honda issued this solitary photograph of the new Insight hybrid car today – revealing the battery-powered vehicle in production spec. This is a bit of a mini landmark in green fuels technology: the Insight Mk2 will become at a stroke the world’s cheapest hybrid car. Sales begin in spring 2009 and CAR understands that Honda is working on a £14,995 price tag, substantially undercutting today’s hybrids.

Mazda 2 facelift (2012) with SkyActiv revealed

Fri, 10 Jun 2011

The Mazda Demio facelift - that's Mazda2 to me and you We’re back to the old story of car reveals for the Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) pointing at reveals to come in overseas markets, with the reveal of the facelifted Mazda Demio telling us all we need to know about the next Mazda 2 Facelift. The new Mazda 2 gets the direct injection, 1.3 litre SkyActiv engine which features a raft of technology to squeeze every last drop of energy out of the petrol it uses, together with a CVT ‘box which does the decent thing and offers a seven-speed manual mode.

Mitsubishi Shogun (2006): first official pictures

Fri, 08 Sep 2006

By Chris Chilton First Official Pictures 08 September 2006 00:01 The lowdown Not an all-new car but a fairly serious revision of the legendary off-roader. Mitsubishi has ditched the old car’s dated-looking curves with much straighter, angular lines inspired by the 1979 Pajero II concept car. It’s not exactly Range Rover suave but the result should keep the Caravan Club happy.
