Stock cylinder head off a 2003 KTM 125 SX motocross bike. Should fit any 2002 to 2005 KTM 125 dirt bike. May fit other models as well but I don't know for sure. Check with your dealer. There is a little carbon on the combustion chamber surface otherwise the cylinder head looks to be straight and in good shape. Spark plug threads are good.
