2003 Xr70r Rear Brake Pedal & Rod Xr70 Xr50 Crf70 Crf50 2001 2005 on 2040-parts.com
McKinney, Texas, US
Up for auction is the rear brake pedal and rod from a 2003 XR70 that Im parting out. I guarantee it to fit the bike I took it off of, and it will fit a lot other years and models, but its up to you do determine and confirm any other fitment/interchange. The pedal is in great shape, and shows no signs of any damage. The rod is in working shape, but the threaded part at the back is bent(shown in the 4th picture), it was still working good when removed, but depending on how much adjustment you need it may need to be fixed/straightened. Sold exactly as pictured and as-is. See my other auctions for other parts from this bike. because Im selling all of it, including the stock motor, frame w/title and everything else. I bought this bike a while back to use as a pit bike, and to teach my fiancé how to ride; but Ive decided to use another bike I have for both of those tasks. This bike was always kid ridden; not beat on and ridden hard by an adult(the way it would have been if I kept it)... Im a full time Firefighter/paramedic, and an avid motorcycle rider. I part out bikes to help offset what I spend building, riding, and racing them. With that said, Im not a shop, and this is not my main job. I will do everything in my power to ship parts out ASAP, and 95% of the time I get them out within 1 business day of when they are paid for, but because my work schedule(where I work 24hr shifts, and sometimes work 48 and 72hr shifts), and my riding, there may be rare occasions that it may take longer than 24hrs before I get it shipped out. If you are in a rush to get the part, please contact me, and I will do everything I can get it out fast(and if you contact me, I can make special arrangements, and 99% of the time can get it sent out the same day). But if you are somebody who expects everything to be shipped instantly "come hell or high water", please find another seller who will better fit your needs, because I may very well be busy dealing with hell or high water, or just unwinding and riding my motorcycles. And the latter should be easy enough to relate to, right? I ALSO SELL PARTS ON FORUMS and LOCALLY, so I reserve the right to END AUCTIONS EARLY. Im happy to combine shipping when pratical, and Im also happy to make package deals if there are several parts you need.

Car April Fools Stuff: BMW lead the way
Fri, 01 Apr 2011BMW went to town on creating an M3 pick-up as an April Fools joke Just as we did last year with car April Fool stuff, it seems to make more sense to do a roundup of what hilarious pranks the motoring world – renowned for its sense of humour – has conjured up this year for your mirth than to run separate stories. BMW M3 pickup: BMW had one of its jolly japes for this year spoilt somewhat when spy shots of an M3 pickup were taken at the Nurburgring. But sources at BMW admitted it was part of a April Fools Day plan.
Lambrecht Chevrolet auction update: More detail on the cars
Fri, 23 Aug 2013In about seven weeks, roughly 500 cars from Lambrecht Chevrolet in Pierce, Neb., will go across the auction block. And pre-bidding has already started on this massive time-capsule collection, accumulated over the course of many decades by Ray and Mildred Lambrecht, a husband and wife team who ran the dealership for more than 50 years. Autoweek will be in Pierce, Neb., to cover the sale in late September and to preserve a sample of the dust on the dealership floor for scientific study.
