Up for auction is the rear brake plate with shoes from a 2003 XR70 that Im parting out. I guarantee it to fit the bike I took it off of, and it will fit a lot other years and models, but its up to you do determine and confirm any other fitment/interchange. Its in great shape, and the shoes have tons of life left. Sold exactly as pictured and as-is. See my other auctions for other parts from this bike. because Im selling all of it, including the stock motor, frame w/title and everything else. I bought this bike a while back to use as a pit bike, and to teach my fiancé how to ride; but Ive decided to use another bike I have for both of those tasks. This bike was always kid ridden; not beat on and ridden hard by an adult(the way it would have been if I kept it)... Im a full time Firefighter/paramedic, and an avid motorcycle rider. I part out bikes to help offset what I spend building, riding, and racing them. With that said, Im not a shop, and this is not my main job. I will do everything in my power to ship parts out ASAP, and 95% of the time I get them out within 1 business day of when they are paid for, but because my work schedule(where I work 24hr shifts, and sometimes work 48 and 72hr shifts), and my riding, there may be rare occasions that it may take longer than 24hrs before I get it shipped out. If you are in a rush to get the part, please contact me, and I will do everything I can get it out fast(and if you contact me, I can make special arrangements, and 99% of the time can get it sent out the same day). But if you are somebody who expects everything to be shipped instantly "come hell or high water", please find another seller who will better fit your needs, because I may very well be busy dealing with hell or high water, or just unwinding and riding my motorcycles. Tue, 17 May 2011The n2012 Mercedes S Class will lose its top It’s probably a sign of increasing decrepitude as it seems only five minutes since Mercedes launched the current S Class, but already we’re talking about the 2012 Mercedes S Class – and it’s only a year away. As has always been the case with a new S-Class we can look forward to a raft of new innovations when the new S Class launches late next year; clever stuff that will eventually filter down to the cars of lesser mortals as the technology matures and the cost falls. And that clever stuff will be packaged up in a big saloon car – the normal S-Class – an even bigger car – the LWB S-Class – and a huge two door coupe – the Mercedes CL, which is expected to be renamed the S-Class Coupe when the new S-Class launches.
NHTSA upgrades probe of 1.2 million Toyota Corollas, Matrixes
Mon, 23 Aug 2010Federal regulators have upgraded an investigation of as many as 1.2 million Toyota Corollas for possible engine stalling. Consumers have filed 1,101 complaints about Corollas and Corolla Matrixes for 2005-07 models, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said in a filing on its Website. “The engine can stall at any speed without warning and not restart,” NHTSA said in describing the problem.
