Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster revealed ahead of Frankfurt
Sun, 29 May 2011Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster - this time it's undisguised You might have thought that the photos of the Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster we published a couple of weeks back were the official reveal of the soft-top SLS. But you’d be wrong. Those photos were in fact of a disguised SLS Roadster (although you’d have to look hard to see what was hidden).
Fiat Panda (2012) first official pictures
Tue, 30 Aug 2011This is Fiat’s new 2012 Panda – incredibly, only the third generation of Panda in the range’s 31-year history. Not that buyers seem to mind the glacial rate of progress: Fiat has sold 6.5m Pandas over the past three decades. The new 2012 Panda squeezes more space into the compact footprint; it’s 3650mm long, 1640mm wide and 1550mm high – enough, says Fiat, for five passengers and the biggest boot in segment.
Driven: Mitsubishi i
Fri, 11 Jan 2008We first reviewed the diminutive Mitsubishi 'i' when it was unveiled at the 2005 Tokyo Motor show and, while we were pleased with the overall design of the car, we were disappointed that Mitsubishi had chosen not to export the innovative vehicle to other markets. But with the popularity of this compact urban cruiser soaring in Japan and the recent availability of the vehicle in the UK, we now had a chance to give it a go on the often traffic crippled streets of central London. Congestion in urban milieus is not a new phenomenon, but even with London's congestion charging system extorting money from drivers it doesn't seem to be getting any better.
