Galfer 270mm overzize front disc brake rotor off a 2003 Yamaha YZ450F. Should fit any 2001 to 2007 Yamaha YZ 125/250 two stroke, 2001 to 2006 YZ250f, 2001 to 2007 YZ 450f four stroke motocross bike, and 2001 to current WR 250f/450f dirt bike. May fit other models as well but I don't know for sure. Check with your dealer. The disc looks to be straight and in good shape.
