Called the M1 Hommage, the concept is exactly what it says on the tin: pay homage to the iconic M1 designed by Giorgio Giugiaro, which celebrates its 30th birthday this year. The design of the M1 Hommage concept is a thoroughly modern interpretation of the original - compete with a louvered rear window - but it has grown in size over its thirty year old forebear.

But having effectively put all their eggs in the 500 basket, they have the problem of convincing sceptical US car buyers that the much bigger Fiat 500L is an appealing – and much more practical – proposition for families. Support For Fuel Duty Pothole Plan
Fri, 12 Sep 2014MORE than four in five people would support a plan in which money raised from fuel duty was used to repair potholed roads, research has found. Support is highest in eastern England, Wales and Yorkshire and Humberside, according to a survey by the Local Government Association (LGA). The LGA said the Treasury got £33 billion a year from fuel duty, while the Government was spending just under £2 billion a year on maintaining and improving roads over the next five years.
