Bearing has been repacked on the idler pulley and also the tensioner assembly has been cleaned and regreased. Gm part # 12560345. This is a used piece it has been cleaned and reinstalled to make sure it functioned properly and it did so.

Honda recalls Accords, Pilots for suspension fix
Thu, 23 Dec 2010Honda is recalling about 10,800 Accords and Pilots in the United States for a potential front-suspension failure. The recall covers the 2010 and 2011 model years. A problem with the machinery used to tighten the spindle nuts on the front axles of both vehicles, as well as the damper attachment bolts for the Pilot, could cause the suspension to fail.
