I removed this from my sister's 2004 Expedition. She said that at first it was having eject issues but if they got that to work then it would play properly. Then eject quit working and it would no longer play a dvd. I would have tried other solutions but she already had an aftermarket player to install. I see a refurbished tag on the player. She must have had a problem and a dealer swapped players at some point over the years.
Assume this player is bricked. I will accept it back as a return but will not pay postage. Bonus is the Elvis double feature disk stuck in the player. YaHooooo! |

Crucified cassette, Hindi BMW remix CD and other junkyard musical finds
Mon, 24 Mar 2014In addition to holiday-themed displays assembled by junkyard employees and the occasional sad, flood-victim Volvo Amazon, I frequently find homemade mix CDs and cassette tapes while prowling through wrecking yards. In fact, it would be possible to go into just about any high-inventory-turnover self-service wrecking yard in North America and come away with several dozen such discs and tapes, if anybody ever felt motivated to do such a thing. I haven't, yet.
