WARRANTYNOTES

Allengines, auto transmissions and rear end assemblies are warranted for 30 daysfrom the date of purchase. All other mechanical parts for 7 days. In the eventof a defect, promptly notify warrantor. Warrantor will at Warrantor’s optionand within a reasonable time, replace the mechanical part. This Warrantyexcludes the return for refund or credit on all body parts. The obligations ofWarrantor are limited to replacement or credit only. Implied warranties ofmerchantablity or fitness for a particular use are limited to the same days asthe limited written warranty. Warrantor shall not be liable for any incidentalor consequential damages including but not limited to labor, installation,removal or use of this merchandise.

STANDARDTRADE PRACTICES OF THE AUTO DISMANTLING INDUSTRY AND DANKO USED CAR PARTS

1.Engines are guaranteed against rod knock, cracked block, and excessive oil use(more than a quart every 3000 miles), and excessive smoking within 30 days ofpurchase inless otherwise stated. Engine accessories are not guaranteed. Thereis no guarantee for labor to install or remove. Engines that are taken apart bycustomer will have no warranty and no return. We will not guarantee a faulty installation.

2.TRANSMISSIONS:

Manualtransmissions are guaranteed to work properly, gears are guaranteed to be ingood condition within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise stated. There is noresponsibility for improper installation or usage after time of purchase. Thereis no guarantee for labor to install or remove.

Automatictransmissions are guaranteed to work properly for 30 days from date of purchaseunless otherwise stated. It is the customers responsibility to be sure thetransmission cooler is newly replaced and lines correctly flushed for warrantyto be valid. In the case of warranty claim proof must be provided of a correctinstallation. We will not guarantee a faulty installation.

3.Differentials are guaranteed to work properly, gears are guaranteed to be ingood condition within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise stated. Bearings areguaranteed not noisy at time of purchase. There is no guarantee for labor toinstall or remove.

4.Starters, generators, alternators, steering pumps are guaranteed to work attime of purchase. There is no responsibility for improper installation, faultyvoltage regulator, or poor electrical connections by customer.

5.No returns after 7 days. Exchange on all returns accepted by dismantler. We donot refund deposits, all sales are final. Under the special event that a returnis accepted it will be subject to a 20% handling fee plus any applicableshipping charges. All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by invoice.

6.All used merchandise must be inspected by the buyer for defects or safetyhazards. Seller states that he in no way guarantees or warrants usedmerchandise for apparent safety hazards, and it is the responsibility of thebuyer to inspect for actual or latent safety hazards or hire an expert to soinspect.

7.We do not certify millage on used engines or other merchandise parts.

8.No warranty expressed or implied on the fit, use or condition of used tiressold. The customer assumes all responsibility to inspect and properly mounttires

9.We try to provide a quality part at a fair and competitive pricing. We cansuggest quality shops to install our parts if asked, however, we assume noresponsibility for the work performed.

10.On all mechanical parts such as engines, transmissions, etc. be sure to inspectand replace all seals, filters, and fluids.
